"I tried Sport Clips for the 1st time a few years ago and one of the major selling points for me was that I could get a trim in-between regularly scheduled haircuts without waiting. However, I was told that because this location is so busy, they cannot honor that original commitment. Additionally, I don't recall getting the free MVP around my birthday and wondering if it was ever sent, but hard to tell since I get so many email from SportClips about things I am not interested in. All in all, very frustrating experience with this location. "

"Have been coming to this store religiously for 3+ years. Last night was first bad experience. New system quoted 24 minute wait (took almost an hour before I was seated). Stylist did a sub par job (perhaps communication mis) but was very rushed and poor result. She actually said at one point when I gave up and said it was good enough: "It's been a long day" - exactly what your customer wants to hear when you are cutting their hair and giving them the look they are stuck with for the next several weeks. Lastly, when finally done and ready to leave, took forever to figure out how to combine charges for my and my son's haircuts so we could pay and leave..."
